Every booking made on TravelWithHakimi (A UNIT OF AL Hakimi) is subject to cancellation charges levied by the operator, which may vary according to the flight and booking class.
Cancellation Charges
TravelWithHakimi (A UNIT OF AL Hakimi) charges 10% of the total booking amount as cancellation service fees, in addition to any operator charges.
Important Notes:
- Some bookings may be non-refundable as per specific operator policies
- Some bookings cannot be partially cancelled as per operator policies
- Cancellations can be made online through the "My Booking" section
- Amendment charges vary based on operator policies, flight timings, and booking class
Holidays Amendment & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges for holiday packages based on departure timeline:

Refund Policy

Refund Processing
Refunds for air tickets are credited to the original payment method after we receive the amount from the operator.

Customers shall not hold TravelWithHakimi (A UNIT OF AL Hakimi) liable for refunds assured at the time of booking if an airline becomes non-operational.
